Das Ferienhaus liegt an der zentralen Westküste Floridas, in Holiday, zwischen Tarpon Springs (südlich) mit seinen bekannten Sponge Docks und New Port Richey (nördlich).

Das Haus befindet sich in einer Anlage mit rund 90 meist vom Eigentümer bewohnten Bungalows in Holiday. Die Anlage ist bei Feriengästen wegen ihrer zentralen und ruhigen Lage sowie der guten Nachbarschaft sehr beliebt.
Die in der Nähe liegenden Strände Crystal Beach, Howard Park, Anclote, Honey Moon Island, Sunset Beach und Clearwater Beach sind mit dem Auto in 10-35 min. leicht erreichbar. 

Zum Internationalen Airport Tampa und zu Busch Gardens sind es nur etwa 40 Min., nach Orlando,Disney World, Universal Studios und den Wasserparks ca. 2 Std. und Cap Canaveral etwa 2,5 Std. Autofahrt.

In direkter Nachbarschaft gibt es zahlreiche Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, die auch fußläufig schnell und bequem zu erreichen sind.
Bis zu den nächstgelegenen großen Shopping Malls (Westfield Malls) in Clearwater am Countryside Blvd. (direkt an der US 19) und in Citrus Park am Citrus Park Center Blvd. sind es mit dem Auto ca. nur 20-25 Minuten.
Die neue Outlet Mall (Tampa Premium Outlets) in Lutz, Grand Cypress Dr. ist in ca. 40 min. leicht erreichbar.
