Unser FerienHaus
Das Haus hat eine Wohnfläche von ca. 110qm. Es bietet 2 gemütliche Schlafzimmer, ausgestattet mit zwei Doppelbetten
(Kingsize), zwei vollwertigen Bädern mit Dusche bzw. Duschbad, einen lichtdurchfluteten Wohn- und Essbereich, eine vollwertige Küche und
zwei begehbaren Kleiderschränken.
Das Haus ist mit einer neuwertigen Klimaanlage, Kabel-TV, WIFI und Telefon ausgestattet.
Der großzügige Freisitz (Porch) lädt zum Frühstücken und Grillen ein.
Direkt vor dem Haus stehen drei Parkplätze, davon zwei überdacht, für unser Gäste bereit.
Ein großer Gemeinschaftspool steht in der Anlage zur Verfügung und ist zu Fuß in zwei Minuten zu erreichen.
Our vacation Home
The vacation home has a living space of approx. 1180 sqft and offers 2 bedrooms, equipped with two double beds (Kingsize), two fully-equipped bathrooms with shower or bath, a light-flooded living and dining area, a fully equipped kitchen and two walk-in wardrobes. The house is equipped with a new air conditioning, cable TV, WIFI and telephone. The Porch invites you for breakfast and barbecue. Directly in front of the house are three parking spaces, two of which are covered, ready for our guests.
A large community pool is available in the complex and can be reached on foot in two minutes.
